Q. How do I request an e-mail, Lotus Notes, or Unix account?
A. Faculty and Staff should request their department
Administrative Support or Coordinator apply for an account via the Staff/Faculty Account request system. You can also contact your IT staff.

Students may apply for a Unix account at www.sjsu.edu/unixaccounts.

Q. Where do I call for Lotus Notes training?
A. Contact Vivienne Ralls at 924-3324 or email vralls@sjsu.edu

Q. Who do I contact for general questions regarding email?
A. You need to contact the ITSS Help Desk Services at (408)924–2377.
