Q. How can I get Internet access in my dorm room?
A. Most dorms are wired with ResNet. Please contact ResNet at (408) 924-8477 for more information.

Q. What is wireless service?
A. Wireless is Internet Service used by Spartan Village residents only.

Q. How do I get Internet Services in SPV?
A. Call UCAT Business/Help Desk at (408) 924-2340.

Q. Is there a fee for Internet Services?
A. A fee is required for the card. The cost depends on the type of computer you have. The price range is $100 to $200. For more information, call (408) 924-2340.

Q. Who do I contact for general questions regarding campus network access?
A. You need to contact the ITSS Help Desk Services at (408)924–2377.

Q. What services are offered?
A. Digital, Analog, and Wireless Internet Services (For Spartan Village Residents Only.)

Q. What is the difference between Analog, Digital, and Wireless Internet Services?
A. Digital lines: Are phone lines that do not function with Non-University equipment.

Analog lines: Are phone lines that can be used with non-University equipment, such as modems and fax machines.

Wireless: No physical wire connection.
