A total of 35 SJSU degree or
certificate programs are accredited by 26 accreditation agencies. Accrediting agencies organize their
evaluation criteria around well-articulated standards and/or learning outcomes
that are reviewed and updated on a regular basis using input from a broad
national membership.
Each accreditation agency has a regular schedule for reviewing and visiting programs.
