External Applicants
You are an external applicant if you are:
- Not currently employed in a regular full or part-time position at San José State
- A Student Employee
- A Student Assistant
- A Work Study Student
- An Instructional Student Assistant
- A Non-Resident Alien Tax (NRAT) Student
The first time you login, you will be able to create a user name and password during registration. For instructions on how to register, see:
Internal Applicants
You are an internal applicant if you are:
- A current employee in a regular full or part-time position at San José State
- Not a student employee
Note: Student employees are not considered Internal Applicants. Students working as student assistants, work study students, instructional student assistants or NRAT students should apply as external applicants.
Internal Applicants do not need to register. Instead, just use your existing SJSUOne account to login.
