Classification & Compensation

As a manager it is your responsibility to ensure your employees are properly classified and compensated for the work you have assigned them. It is also important to make sure their position descriptions are up to date. Final decisions on classification and compensation will be made by University Personnel, but as a manager you need to ensure that regular reviews are completed, especially when work has changed.
