Lower Division Transfer (Frosh/Sophomore)
To transfer with fewer than 60 transferable semester units (90 quarter units)
you must:
- Declare one of the approved majors in the College of
Engineering or Nursing.
- Submit your high school transcript.
- You must be a high school graduate.
- Submit SAT I or ACT scores, unless your high school
GPA was above 3.00 (3.60 for non-residents).
- Meet high school course requirements and make up any
deficiencies on a course-by-course basis, usually by completing general
education courses with grades of "C" or better.
- Meet the GPA/test score eligibility index required of
freshmen.
- Earn at least a 2.00 grade point average in all
transferable courses completed.
