meet the regular admission requirements.
If not, discuss the possibility of pursuing the Adult Exception

ubmit an online application at http://www.csumentor.edu .
Submit payment of the $55
application fee via credit card, check, or money
order. 3.
Contact Admission Services (408) 283-7500 and submit a written
request to be considered for the Adult Exception by emailing
admissions@sjsu.edu, or via postal mail,
to the Office of Undergraduate Admissions (listed
below). 4.
Send official transcripts from high
school and all colleges attended to the following postal address: Office of Undergraduate
Admissions ·
A letter which
contains a short autobiography, previous successful experiences, motivation for
attending SJSU, and educational goals. ·
Two letters of reference from former
instructors, employers, etc. ·
Standardized test score reports, if taken (e.g., SAT I or ACT)

“admission status”, “To Do List”, and to view “messages". Be
sure to adhere to all admission deadlines, especially the final document
