      • Spring 2008: Offered 3 workshops and 3 open lab sessions
    • WebCMS 7
      • Spring 2008: Offered 3 workshops attended by 34 Web content editors or webmasters representing 24 websites
    • Launch (or re-launch) websites
      • Spring 2008: Launched 6 websites using WebCMS 7 and 4 websites using Web Template Kit
  • Web accessibility dashboard (driven by AccMonitor) is made available to all websites in May, 2008
  • Google Apps @ SJSU launched in April, 2008
  • Human Resources, Accessibility & Web Services websites are re-launched using accessible templates in February, 2008
  • Website Content Management System (WebCMS 7) is launched in January, 2008

  • Training

      • Spring 2007: Offered 3 workshops attended by 48 attendees
      • Fall 2007: Offered 4 workshops attended by 20 attendees and 3 open lab sessions
  • Accessible Web template kit (version 3.0) launched in November, 2007
  • Web accessibility dashboard (driven by AccMonitor) of all SJSU critical administrative websites is made available in November, 2007
  • Re-launch (version 2.2) of accessible SJSU home, search and top level pages in December, 2007
  • News Admin & SJSU News are re-launched with SJSU in the News in December, 2007
  • Identify all existing critical administrative websites in February, 2007

  • SJSU Website is re-launched (version 2.0) in September 2003

  • With the hiring of San Jose State’s first university webmaster and at the direction of the Provost and AVP of Academic Technology, the Web Services Unit was created in December 2002
