A Content Management System is technology used to create and manage Web sites with little or no knowledge of HTML.

WebCMS is SJSU's implementation of an Open Source Content Management System called OpenCms. WebCMS 7 is the latest version, built on OpenCms 7.0.3. Currently, administrative Web sites and campus-wide initiatives Web sites are encouraged to use WebCMS 7.
