The Web Services Unit currently offers Web space for campus-wide initiatives.
According to the guidelines for processing requests for Web space (PDF), initiatives endorsed by the University Senate, Office the President or a university division, college, school or department are considered campus-wide initiatives. These guidelines are still in draft form. The preferred method for creating and maintaining campus-wide initiative Web sites is the Web site Content Management System (WebCMS 7).
The Web Services Unit currently does not provide sub-domain hosting and does not allow scripts to be executed.
