Solution 1: Office of Institutional Research (OIR) is charged with the responsibility of creating and maintaining surveys for the campus. The survey solution used by OIR is fully accessible (meets Section 508
requirements) and the staff in OIR create, maintain and offer assistance with survey related questions.
Solution 2: You can sign up for an Google Apps @ SJSU account. You can then use Google Docs to create an online survey. This solution currently is not fully accessible and will require that you provide an alternate accessible solution. Technical assistance (excluding login) is limited to the resources available online at Google Support
