Exhibition Guidelines for the Meetings of
the American Academy of Religion/Western Region,
the Society for Biblical Literature/Pacific Coast Region
and the American Schools of Oriental Research/Pacific SW Region

Arizona State University
March 13- 15, 2010

Dear Exhibitors, Publishers and Booksellers:

Thank you for your interest in displaying your materials at the
2010 meeting of WECSOR, which will be held at the
Arizona State University in Tempe, AZ. This year, we anticipate hosting
over 400 attendees, representatives AAR, SBL, and ASOR
who live throughout the Southwestern US.

This yearly conference will provide you the opportunity to have access to
educators, scholars, students, clergy members, and lay leaders
who have a wide range of interests in religious scholarship.

It is our goal to help you make these connections.

In the fall (2009), we will begin to assemble our program and materials
for the 2010 meeting. By clicking on the links to the left of this page,
you will be able to download materials about the conference,
including the invitation, registration materials, hotel information,
and the conference program as soon as each of these features go live.
Much of this information is available as of August 2009, and the rest will be up
by the end of January, 2010.

If you wish to display or sell your materials at the conference,
the cost to Exhibitors for the WECSOR Meeting will be $55 per table
for the duration of the conference. The tables will be open from
8am to 5pm on both Sunday and Monday. All exhibitors are automatically
registered for the conference (at no additional cost), and we invite you to
attend sessions, meet with participants, and join us for the Sunday evening
reception if you so desire.

In addition, if you are interested in advertising in the program booklet,
which we are presently finishing, please click on the "advertiser" link
on the left hand side of the screen for more information.

In the past, WECSOR has hosted a wide variety of exhibitors,
showing books, other media, and clothing and jewelry items.
We can be pretty flexible, so if you have any particular requests,
please let us know.

To Exhibit at the conference, please send a letter or email
indicating the number of tables you will require
and a check for $55/table payable to WECSOR to:
