Your account is not in the "'Employees" or "Students' group.

G Suite accounts are provided by SJSU to employees and students.

If you are an applicant and have filed your intent to enroll, your records may have not been updated yet. It may take 24 hours from the time you receive an update message for IT to reclassify your account.

Former students are given a 1-year grace period after their last enrolled term before their Google Workspace accounts are deactivated. This period is provided to allow former students time to transition services and data to their personal accounts.
