Late Drop Policy

Due to the shelter in place order there are some changes in drop/withdrawal petitions. Please read the instructions carefully. 
 
Please note that withdrawal petitions will be honored based on the date of the first signature, not on the date we receive them or process them.
 
Students are notified of approval or denial by MySJSU message (not email).

Drop and Withdrawal Petitions may be completed using DocuSign with the final approval email being academic.advising@sjsu.edu. Petitions may also be scanned and submitted to that email or via fax to 408-924-2526.
