About Gerasimos:
Gerasimos leverages hands-on expertise and broad cross-functional knowledge across the aerospace industry, including airlines, airport service providers and training organizations. In a constantly evolving and competitive market, he helps executives address pressing strategic challenges and capture value and growth. Flagship projects include the strategic planning and execution of a merger and acquisition in the ground handling industry as well as the digital transformation of aircraft turnaround operations for a major European airline.
Gerasimos’s work often focuses on organizational-scale transformations. He coordinates projects aimed at meticulously unfolding aerospace industry challenges and drives business model transformations by crafting personalized sustainable business strategies.
Gerasimos currently works on a data-driven mapping of the Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) ecosystem, highlighting the different emerging technologies which are now on the verge and contribute to a new industry breakthrough for the transportation of people and goods. For that purpose, large amount of data are analyzed to map relationships, identify patterns and challenges and ultimately derive salient insights that will prepare the AAM ecosystem for prime time.
