AEC Spring 2022

The Accessible Education Center will continue to operate in a hybrid mode for Spring 2022. We will provide services in accordance with university health advisories and course instruction modes.

• AEC Office (ADMIN 110) will be open the follow days and times:
  • Mon: 9 AM -12 PM & 1 PM -5 PM
    Tues: 9 AM -12 PM & 1 PM -5 PM
    Wed: 10 AM -12 PM & 1 PM -5 PM
    Thurs: 9 AM - 12pm & 1PM -4 PM
    Fri: 9 AM-12PM & 1PM-4 PM
• AEC counselors will continue to provide support remotely. All appointments will be held via Zoom.
• CAT (Center for Accessible Technology) will continue to work with students and provide training remotely.
• AMC (Alternative Media Center) will continue to provide services remotely.
• DHOH (Deaf & Hard of Hearing) services will be provided in the same mode in which courses are offered.
• AEC Testing (Industrial Studies 223 & King Library 230) will be available for virtual support Monday-Friday from 8am to 5pm. Begning February 14th AEC Testing will re-open to for the administration of in-person proctored exams (ONLY for in-person courses with in-person exams). Students whose courses do not delay in-person attendance and are in need of in-person exam between Jan. 24 to Feb 14, pleae email aec-exams@sjsu.edu.
