AEC provides reasonable accommodations, services, and auxiliary aids to support students with disabilities. Our goal is to provide equal access to course curriculum. Students must register with AEC to be considered for services. Examples include: TESTING ACCOMMODATIONS Extended time, assistive technology, and distraction-reduced environment. NOTETAKING SUPPORT Peer notetaking and assistive technology. AEC COMPUTER LAB and STUDY ROOMS Access to a study lab and reservable rooms. ALTERNATIVE FORMATS Braille, e-text, and large print materials. CAPTIONING Real-time captioning (Deaf & Hard of Hearing Services). ASL INTERPRETERS Real-time ASL interpreting (Deaf & Hard of Hearing Services).
