How to Register with AEC for COVID-19 Accommodation
Registration with the Accessible Education Center (AEC) is completed online through our student portal MyAEC. If you have questions or need assistance throughout the registration process, contact AEC by phone at (408) 924-6000 or email at email@example.com.
For students already registered with AEC, please send your request to firstname.lastname@example.org. Use the following email template:

Email Body: Explain your need for COVID-19 Accommodations
STEP 1: Complete Application: Register Here
STEP 2: Disregard the need for uploading documentation
STEP 3: In the last section titled “Questions” only respond the first question:
Can you name your disability(ies)?
Explain your need for your need for accommodations regarding COVID-19
AEC will follow up with an email once accommodations have been put in place.
