San José State University hosts the Honors Convocation each spring to honor its distinguished students who have achieved academic excellence. Undergraduate students who have earned an SJSU GPA of 4.0 for the spring and/or fall semester prior to the Honors Convocation ceremony shall be recognized as President’s Scholars.

The 57th Annual Honors Convocation was held on Friday, May 3, 2019, 6 p.m. at the SJSU Event Center. This event not only celebrates the hard work of students but also serves to recognize the family and friends who support them.
