Spring 2020 - eCampus now has extended live support hours as follows:
- Sunday: 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
- Monday: 8:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
- Tuesday: 8:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
- Wednesday: 8:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
- Thursday: 8:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
- Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
- Saturday: 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

You are welcome to submit an iSupport ticket with eCampus if there are any technical issues that arise. Tickets are responded to in the order that we receive it and we do our best to handle each iSupport ticket as quickly as possible. Be sure to include specific information such as:
- Course and course number of the class(es) you are enrolled in
- Contact phone number
- Tower Card number
