Celebration of Teaching
Each year at SJSU, the Lurie College of Education hosts the Celebration of Teaching. During the spring 2019 semester, we asked local math, science, and engineering university and community college faculty as well as high school and middle school teachers to nominate students that have the qualities that would make them an outstanding future educator.
Over 75 future educators were nominated to be recognized and awarded with a $1000 scholarship towards any Lurie College credential program - learn more below and visit the Lurie College blog for more 2019 ceremony photos!
