2019-2020 Evaluations of Temporary Faculty in the College of Engineering
This year, the college is standardizing the temporary faculty evaluation process using Docusign. We will no longer use or accept paper or other types of electronic forms.
2019-20 Annual Evaluation
If you taught in Spring 2019 and/or Fall 2019, you will be getting a Docusign request for an annual evaluation from the department admin/analyst with your available class SOTES attached on or about January 13, 2020. The Docusign will be sent to your official sjsu email account, so please be sure to check it. To this envelope, please fill out your annual summary of achievements for the calendar year 2019 and attach copies of any direct observations (peer reviews) that were conducted during the 2019 calendar year. You must complete this part of the process by January 31, 2020.

2019-20 Cumulative Evaluation
If you have taught in a department in the College of Engineering for six consecutive years, or are in the third year of a Three-Year Appointment, you will receive a Docusign request for a cumulative evaluation on or around February 1, 2020. (This will be in addition to your annual evaluation.) Please check if you prefer to have a department-level review of your cumulative evaluation or not. (Please note that in some cases, you will get a department-level review whether you elect to or not.) You must complete this part of the process by February 17, 2020.
