Contents of Relaxing with Thin Tea

Thick tea is followed by thin tea.

To the viewer's left a black water jar with a gold design is seen. A black lacquer tea container and a bamboo whisk sit in front of the cylindrical water container. To the left of the water container, the corner of a ceramic braizer and iron kettle can be seen. There is a short bamboo screen behind the area where the tea has been made.

The atmosphere of the tea gathering becomes more casual. This is akin to "downward training," the period when a person who has experienced kensho adjusts to everyday life.
