Prepare a draft of the first half of the report, the 15+ page essay about the history of ProblemX in YourCity�s development. While the essay should focus on the history of ProblemX, you should also provide at least a very brief general overview of the city�s development to give readers the context in which to understand ProblemX.
Although I only expect a draft, keep in mind that the more fully developed the writing you hand in, the better able I am to give you specific feedback to help you produce the best possible final product. Also, even though this is a draft, you must make sure that all sources are properly cited.
For this assignment, please (1) hand in a paper copy, and (2) provide me with the electronic version (in MS Word) either by email or on a CD.
