About BA, BS in Economics

Across all fields, employers are looking for three key skills: the ability to reason, communicate, and calculate. The field of Economics provides students the opportunity to master all of these skills, and be an asset to any workplace. Demand for economists are expected to grow by up to 6% in the next 10 years (BLS), and the interdisciplinary nature of the field means that graduates with an Economics degree have transferable skills that will make them employable in additional fields, such as Financial Analyst, Researchers, and Actuaries.
