In order for us to credit you for successfully enrolled students, we need to know your agency name and, if applicable, the specific agent assisting the student. Please include a cover letter that clearly states your agency and agent name when submitting the student application to avoid delays in compensation.
- Student Privacy
Per FERPA, a federal law protecting the privacy of education records, we cannot communicate with third parties about student records unless the student signs a release form that grants your agency / agent permission to discuss the student's application on his or her behalf. Please remember to complete and submit Exhibit A (pdf) with each student applicant.
- Student E-mail and Mailing Address
To ensure accurate communication, please remember to include the student's email address and complete mailing address on the Plan to Apply Form. Incomplete or inaccurate information will delay processing of the application and I-20 materials.
