Campus A/V Design
Information Technology provides the campus community with audio-visual (AV) design for all of the campus’ general assignment classrooms, adopted department classrooms, meeting spaces and contractual support for the AV equipment in Campus Housing Buildings.
Use of the design service will accompany a contractual agreement (MOU) between the respective department and IT, outlining features such as ongoing support, funding, maintenance, and future upgrades.
The objective of the service is to drive standardization across the campus for classrooms, meeting spaces, and general AV use. The advantage resulting in a less compartmentalized support structure, a more uniform user experience, and improved learning environments.
Uniform spaces will also enable a more swift classroom adoption and upgrade process for the IMS team over time.

- Support for AV Equipment is by prearrangement only.
To request classroom AV equipment upgrades, please submit your requests to the head of your department (Department Chair, Dean, AVP, or Provost) before the funding request deadline.
To request Campus AV design or support, please fill out the request form. An iSupport ticket summarizing your request will be routed to our AV Design Team for review. Please allow up to 1 business day for an AV Design Specialist to contact you. Requests are contingent upon the Academic Space Planning budget, vendor, and FD&O availability.
