IMS Room Reservations
IMS schedules Expanded rooms exclusively to Faculty and Staff for use during the current semester. Reservation requests must be submitted via the online form. Requests from SJSU Students and the public will not be accepted.

IMS provides A/V support for these rooms during our open hours:
Spring & Fall
Mon - Thurs: 7:30 am - 9:45 pm
Fri: 7:30 am - 4:45 pm
Winter & Summer Break
Mon - Fri: 7:30 am - 4:45 pm
IMS Room Reservation Procedure
All weekday event requests must be submitted a minimum of 5 full business days in advance for processing or they may be rejected.
Classroom support is unavailable for weekend events. Please ensure you have requested the necessary training to conduct your event and building access through FD&O.
Step 1: Browse Room Features
Keep in mind your presentation needs and the size of your class/event.
Step 2: Check Room Availability On The Calendar
Filter rooms by clicking the down arrow next to the "Agenda" tab.
Building doors automatically lock after set hours. If your event falls on a weekend please ensure you and your department MPP docuSign the additional FD&O off hours request form. FD&O will then schedule the building doors to open for your event.
Step 3: Fill Out The Reservation Form
Once submitted, a ticket will be generated and an IMS support representative will respond to your request.
Please ensure you have carefully reviewed the room features and calendar prior to filling out this form. All requests must be provided 5 full business days prior to the event or your request may be rejected. Please note that we provide classroom support during our operating hours and training is required for the usage of the rooms.
IMS requires all requestors be trained on the classroom equipment prior to your class/event. If you select this option in the form below, we will request training for you through E-Campus.
