JMC in Harlem 2017

At a time in America when some question the value and contributions of people from many cultures, a diverse group of west coast young adults will walk in the footsteps of a legendary African-American photographer to help re-ignite passion for recognizing individuals, and their accomplishments as a way to inspire a new generation of visual communicators, and the world.

SJSU students, faculty and community leaders candidly share in the JMC School digital television center their personal experiences in an effort to teach people how to start a dialog on racism, defuse tensions in our society, and help everyone to listen and learn about common experiences.
