As the leader of very high-performing teams, my role is to remove roadblocks to the team's greatness. Being there with them in the trenches, hands-on when needed, whether it's developing messaging architecture, moving creative or writing a paper.

To keep my thinking fresh, I learn and teach: I recently completed a Master of Arts in Communications Management through USC, which has given me new models and perspectives on the work I do.
