Professor Bio
Ms. Watson has worked as an instructor in the Kinesiology department for a total of 4 years. Her undergraduate and graduate studies were tailored in a way that provided her with an in-depth understanding of human biomechanics and its application. Through her extensive reading of research, time spent collecting and analyzing data, and interactions with individuals wanting to improve their movement patterns, her primary focus is to help individuals become better movers. As much as she enjoys analyzing and improving how people move, she also loves being physically active herself. Some of her favorite activities include lifting weights, running, cycling, hiking, surfing, and yoga. As a San Jose State graduate, Ms. Watson could not imagine a better job than to teach other fellow Spartans.
