BEFORE meeting with Faculty Advisors, students need to:

  1. First obtain and complete the advising form (links to Forms page) for your degree/concentration. Hard copies can be found outside of CCB 200.
  2. Meet with a Student Advisor for initial coursework planning, and general program questions.
