The Special Event Request Form (SERF) is available for online submission. It is mandatory that you read the Special Events Security Agreement before submitting this form.

This form must be completed by the person responsible for the payment of fees for the event security. The information requested on the form is needed to make decisions on staffing levels and times for security personnel. The sponsoring group will be held responsible for remaining within the parameters established by the information given on the form.
