The SJSU Cultural Showcase is an annual campus-wide celebration of SJSU's rich cultural diversity that features performances, activities, and information resources presented by a variety of student cultural groups from throughout the university. This event is one of the major projects that are conducted by participants in the SJSU Salzburg Program to help globalize San José State and promote global citizenship.  Each year's Cultural Showcase is organized by a Core Team of Salzburg Scholars and other student volunteers with support from Salzburg Fellows, the Salzburg Scholars Club, and other student groups on campus. The event is co-sponsored and funded by Associated Students, the Alumni Association, University Housing, the Provost, several College Deans, and contributors from the local community.
