Graduation Application Deadlines
The Complete Application must be submitted by the deadline.
The Complete Application requires BOTH:
- Student submission of the CoS-SSC Graduation Application Google Form
- Advisor/Department Coordinator submission of the Approved Graduation Plan to CoS-SSC
Late Applications are accepted from the Final Deadline to the Late Application Deadline. Submitting the complete application late may affect the student’s eligibility to participate in commencement ceremonies. Students submitting Late Applications must contact commencement@sjsu.edu for commencement information.
*After the Late Application Deadline, students must contact cosac-grad-specialist-group@sjsu.edu.
