  • Building finishes, including painting and flooring, are nearing completion.
  • Installation of casework and lab hoods is 90% complete.
  • The building's mechanical and electrical systems, including the fire alarm, are going through final testing and commissioning procedures. That process will take a couple of months to complete.
  • Sitework is ongoing, with work taking place as weather permits. Final grading and hardscape will be completed before the landscape is done.
