Walter Jacobs, Dean. The Dean is the college’s primary administrator, responsible for setting strategic priorities and overseeing all aspects of the college’s mission.
Ronald Rogers, Associate Dean for Academic Programs and Student Success. The Associate Dean for Academic Programs and Student Success provides leadership and oversight for enrollment management, scheduling, advising, curriculum, program development and review, accreditation, assessment, student-faculty disputes, and programs and initiatives related to student success.
Camille Johnson, Associate Dean for Research and Faculty Success. TThe Associate Dean for Research and Faculty Success is responsible for enhancing the research, scholarship, and creative activities in the college. The Associate Dean for Research and Faculty Success also supports departments in the hiring, retention, promotion, and evaluation of faculty.
Debbie Mullin, Academic Resources Manager. The Academic Resources Manager oversees the college’s budget, supervises the college’s staff, and is the college’s human resources liaison.
Amy Leisenring, Director of the Academic Counseling Center for Excellence in the Social Sciences (ACCESS). The ACCESS Director manages the activities of the college’s student advising unit.
Colleen Haight, Chair of the Council of Chairs. The Chair of the Council of Chairs serves as the liaison between the college’s 11 department chairs and the Office of the Dean.
Daan Giron, Director of Development. The Director of Development oversees the college's fundraising efforts and works with departments to promote its philanthropic priorities.
