Rape Aggression Defense (R.A.D) Systems is a training program of realistic self-defense tactics and techniques for women. This is a comprehensive, course that begins with awareness, prevention, risk reduction and risk avoidance, and progresses to basic, hands-on defense training. Learn more here.
