Event Policies

Prohibited Items

For the safety and enjoyment of all patrons, the following items are not permitted in the Event Center:

  • Outside food and beverages
  • Animals, except service animals
  • Video & Audio recording devices, professional cameras, and tripods
  • Laser pens or pointers
  • Artificial noise-making devices
  • Weapons of any kind (including chains, chain wallets, studded belts, etc.)
  • Balloons
  • Open umbrellas
  • Skateboards, scooters, or rollerblades
  • Banners, signs, or stickers
  • Large bags, backpacks, or briefcases
  • Coolers, water bottles, or any hard-sided containers
  • Any item deemed by management to be dangerous or inappropriate that may disrupt other fans' enjoyment of the event.

Permitted Items

  • Hats
  • Fanny Packs
  • Non-Professional Flash/Still Cameras
  • Cell Phones
  • Lighters
  • Closed Packs of Cigarettes
  • Sealed/Wrapped Tampons
  • Earplugs
  • Sealed Packs of Gum
  • Sealed Chapsticks and Lipgloss
  • One (1) Factory-sealed Bottle Water (up to 20oz)
  • CamelBaks with removable (empty) Bladders
  • Small Bags, Single Compartment Backpacks and Purses (Maximum 10” x 10”)

Please note: There is no public storage at the Event Center for items not allowed inside, nor can any items be held by a staff member. We recommend you keep personal items to a minimum; there is no coat check.
