Joel Busch, CPA, Esq. is an Associate Professor at San Jose State University where he teaches tax courses at the graduate and undergraduate levels. 
 
Prior to arriving at SJSU, Joel had over a decade of experience dealing with all facets of property taxation - from compliance, audits, and planning - including working with the California Assessors' Association and the California State Board of Equalization in property tax legislative reforms.
