Change to Injury Illness Prevention Program (IIPP) Course in CSULearn

This course will be migrated April 29-30, 2021 to a new standardized requirement that will reset the assignment settings. Please note that
this course will now be required to be completed every three (3) years . If you started the course but have not completed it, please do so no later than April 28, 2021, as any course progress will not carry over, and you will have to start again in the new standardized format. If you have completed the course already, you don’t need to do anything.
To check your status for the IIPP course, login to CSULearn and click the box in the bottom left corner labeled “Assigned Learning.” If you’ve started the course, our recommendation is to click on the View Details button (see image below) to continue and complete the course so that the system records completion. If not, you will lose everything that you completed.
We appreciate your patience and understanding while the system undergoes this critical update. Please email if you have any questions or concerns.

Changes Coming to Course Enrollment via SJSU @ Work

Beginning May 3, you will no longer be able to enroll in courses via SJSU @ Work (PeopleSoft HCM). We are migrating all courses, sessions and enrollment data to CSULearn in the month of May and will begin posting courses and sessions for enrollment through that system by June 1.

This change is a necessary activity before we move to the consolidated CHRS (Common Human Resources Systems) environment, and will ensure that all of your SJSU training resides in one system.

More information is coming soon - stay tuned!
