LinkedIn Learning has thousands of video-based courses that all employees are eligible to take. SJSU has curated several course collections to get you started, but you can also search for topics to find other courses that may interest you.

To find SJSU's Course Collections take the following steps:

  1. Log in to one.SJSU
  2. Click the LinkedIn Learning tile
  3. Click the Browse icon
  4. Click San Jose State University

To search for other courses, simply enter the topic in the search bar and browse the course offerings. On the LinkedIn Learning homepage, you will find recommendations for courses, as well as information on popular courses in Higher Ed and elsewhere.

Interpersonal Communication


Communicating effectively isn't an innate talent that some people have and others don't—it's something that anyone can learn and practice. In this course, learn strategies that can help you hone and master your interpersonal communication skills. Join personal branding and career expert Dorie Clark as she shares techniques for getting your message across effectively in the workplace, and explains how to tackle potential communication challenges with your colleagues and supervisor.
