As announced last week, University Personnel is implementing functionality in eFaculty for annual and cumulative evaluations for Temporary Faculty. We are pleased to announce the dates and times for training, as well as information on open labs to help users with the new process. All classes and open labs will be held via Zoom. You must be enrolled to attend a class.

To enroll in any of the training classes below:
2. Click Search by Course Number
3. Enter the Course Number (listed next to each course title below; case sensitive)
4. Click Search
5. Click the hyperlink for the Session for which you wish to enroll
6. Click Enroll
7. You will be provided with the Zoom information no later than 2 days prior to the course

Create & Monitor Cases (EFAC01)
This training is for department administrative staff who will be preparing evaluation files in eFaculty. It is required in order to gain access to this functionality. You will learn how to build a case file, add reviewer information, upload documents, and forward the file through the process.

The courses in November, December and January will be focused on Annual & Cumulative Evaluation.

This training is for temporary faculty who need to prepare and submit annual and/or cumulative evaluation materials on eFaculty. While not required we strongly recommend you attend in order to understand and learn how to use the new platform that will be used for all temporary faculty evaluations beginning January 2021.

The courses in November, December and January will be focused on Annual & Cumulative Evaluations.
