Academic Department Admins

Academic Department Admins are defined as individuals in academic departments who are not at the College level. These individuals typically manage recruitments for their department in collaboration with the Resource Manager or Analyst in the Dean’s Office.

Access

  • Individuals in these positions who have completed the proper training will be granted access to do the following things in the CHRS Recruiting system:
    • Create Job Cards (initiate recruitments)
    • Move Applications through the Process (when listed as the Administrator for the recruitment)
    • Create Offer Cards (for faculty recruitments only)

Training

  • Required: Managing Recruitments
  • Recommended: Initiate Recruitments (this is required if College has decentralized the process to Create Job Cards), Approve Job Cards, Screening Applications & Evaluating Interviews
