Academic Resource Managers/Analysts
Academic Resource Managers and Analysts are defined as individuals in Colleges who reside in the Dean’s Office and manage recruitments for the College. They also include individuals in Athletics, Counseling, and the University Library.
Access
- Individuals in these positions who have completed the proper training will be granted
access to do the following things in the CHRS Recruiting system:
- Create Job Cards (initiate recruitments)
- Move Applications through the Process (when listed as the Administrator for the recruitment)
- Create Offer Cards (for faculty recruitments only)
Training
- Required: Initiate Recruitments, Managing Recruitments, Recruiting Integration (if identified as someone who will manage integration)
- Recommended: Approve Job Cards, Screening Applications & Evaluating Interviews
