Non-Academic Resource Managers/Analysts, Department Admins

Resources Managers and Analysts, as well as Department Admins in non-academic departments are defined as individuals who manage recruitments for their division or department.

Access

  • Individuals in these positions who have completed the proper training will be granted access to do the following things in the CHRS Recruiting system:
    • Create Job Cards (initiate recruitments)
    • Move Applications through the Process (when listed as the Administrator for the recruitment)

Training

  • Required: Initiate Recruitments, Managing Recruitments
  • Recommended: Approve Job Cards, Screening Applications & Evaluating Interviews
