Recruiters are defined as staff in University Personnel responsible for faculty or staff recruiting. 


  • Individuals in these positions will be automatically granted access to do the following things in the CHRS Recruiting system:
    • Create Job Cards (initiate recruitments)
    • Move Applications through the Process
    • Screen Applications and Evaluate Interviews (when listed as the Hiring Manager for the position or as a chair/member of a search committee)
    • Ability to administratively approve a Job Card
    • Ability to see all recruitments in the system


  • Required: Recruiting Integration (staff recruiters only)
  • Recommended: Initiate Recruitments, Approve Job Cards, Managing Recruitments, Screening Applications & Evaluating Interviews
