Search Committees

Search committees for faculty recruitments will continue to go through training delivered by Faculty Services, and search committees for staff and management recruitments will continue to meet with their recruiter to review the requirements for recruitments.


  • Access to screen applications and evaluate interviews will be granted automatically when someone is made a search committee chair or member. They will only have access to the recruitment to which they are attached.


  • No training is required. However, it is recommended that search committee chairs and members review the relevant documentation and videos to understand how the functionality works in the system.
