Staff/MPP Search Committees

Search committees for staff and management recruitments will continue to meet with their recruiter to review the requirements for recruitments. High-level aspects of CHRS Recruiting will be incorporated into those meetings. However, it is recommended that search committee chairs and members take additional training to learn how to use the system.

Access

  • Access to screen applications and evaluate interviews will be granted automatically when someone is made a search committee chair or member. They will only have access to the recruitment to which they are attached.
