Admission to the Wound and Ostomy Education Program
Admission to the program requires the applicant to be:
- a registered nurse (RN) with a Baccalaureate Degree or higher degree with a major in nursing or
- RN with a Bachelor Degree in another field, and
- one year of RN clinical nursing experience following RN licensure, and
- current clinical nursing experience (completion of a nurse refresher course or a clinical performance examination) within five years prior to application.
International students who meet the above admission criteria are welcome to enroll in the Program. The University will not issue any visas. Students must obtain their own business/travel visas.
A TOEFL score is not required for admission to the program. However, the student should be proficient in both spoken and written English.
Students should also have their own means of transportation (car or taxi) during the entire course duration.
